Here is my page of shame. Somehow projects get started and then forgotten. All of these are wonderful projects that I hope to finish as soon as my Noah's Ark is completed. Maybe by the fall they will be finished. Once finished, they will be moved to their respective pages.

My aunt bought an antique chair about 3 years ago. She asked me to stitch something to recover the back and seat. I told her to pick something out and I would. This is the chair back.
I am doing it on waste canvas and you can see how little I have left to do. The cottage she picked out for the seat is about 2" larger all the way around. The larger version of this thumbnail is worth a look.

This is a sampler done on Belfast linen and using the DMC rayon thread. I began this when my grandmother had surgery last January. This was my ''hospital' project.

When she came home, I put this away. I think the reason is because I'm not too fond of the rayon thread. Although this is a beautiful sampler and the rayon gives it that 'old-time' look.

The Lord's Prayer.

This is a reproduction of a 17th century piece. I also have the Ten Commandments to match.

This is the center 1/3. It's a huge piece. I'm working it on 22 count Aida cloth.

This is a scrap yarn afghan I started. I feel as though I made these little yo-yo's forever! I need over 900 for the afghan...and I only have around 500.The picture on the left is from the book...that's what it may look like one day!

The larger pictures of both thumbnails will be on the same page.

Hopefully you will return to this page one day and find something missing! :o)
